项目占地6000亩，定位于建设国内领先的新材料研发和生产基地，被列为山东省新旧动能转换重点项目，目前已引进恒天集团等央企入驻，中科恒联园区建成并试运行。主要引进新材料、节能环保等领域上下游关联企业，共同打造百亿级生物基新材料产业集群。

This project, covering an area of 6000 mu, is positioned to build a domestic first-class new material R&D and production base. The project has been listed in project library for transformation of new and old kinetic energy in Shandong Province. So far, central enterprises such as Hi-tech Group have been settled in this Park and ICCAS-Henglian Park is completed and on trial operation stage. This Park mainly involves in fields of new material, energy conservation and environment protection, introduces upstream and downstream affiliated enterprises to make investment and cooperation and makes mutual efforts to build a ten billion bio-based new material industrial cluster.
